My fitness training started at the age of 16 and has continued for over 40 years. During that time, I attended high school, then college, and worked 2 jobs all while pursuing further training in martial arts and other fitness methods. 32 years ago, I started up an additional business (graphics-drafting) to help finance my next goal of owning my school. I moved to Florida from the Midwest to make this goal a reality. Now, having had previous ownership in 2 wellness & martial arts schools, I have reached far beyond what I thought to have been my potential. Currently though, no more schools for me; too much time was spent on the business aspects. Instead, I teach classes, speak at wellness events, and am authoring my series of books and study guides. The focus of all of my endeavors is on the importance of the training and how it benefits myself and the others in my life.
