The pandemic created a real gap in our community, leaving Winter Park without opportunities for lifelong learning. In response to this need, the Winter Park Lifelong Learning Foundation (WPLLF) was established in 2024 to bring these programs back to life. Since then, we’ve been growing steadily, offering courses that connect neighbors, spark curiosity, and celebrate the joy of learning.
In the summer of 2025, WPLLF expanded its mission by creating the Winter Park Lifelong Learning Foundation Scholarship at Valencia College. This endowed scholarship supports Winter Park students who face financial challenges, helping cover tuition, course materials, and related educational expenses. The scholarship ensures that no student’s education is interrupted due to financial hardship.
Through both our programs and our scholarship, WPLLF is proud to enrich learning in Winter Park today while empowering the next generation to pursue higher education.
